Program Summary

  • Language: English (facilitation and riddles provided entirely in English)
  • Participants: All employees of the Japan entity
  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Number of Participants: Approx. 40 (9 teams)

Program Structure

Key Features

・Engagement Across Age and Culture

A game structure designed so participants can focus on teamwork regardless of “usual role, seniority, or cultural background,” encouraging full participation from all members.

・Role Sharing & Teamwork Development

Within limited time, teams divide roles—information整理, deduction, reporting—autonomously to solve riddles efficiently.
Aso-biz was responsible for the morning portion of the full-day corporate off-site.
Aligned with the off-site theme, “Open Communication and Transparency,” we integrated worksheet-based Plan and Check reflection components before and after the Treasure Hunting game to cultivate proactive communication and a challenge-oriented mindset for the afternoon discussions.
